The Murphy Method is a comprehensive system to the approach, and success, of every clients project goals. The Murphy Method combines the best of four elements. Starting with our Discovery process we seek to uncover each clients desire and take the time to understand their unique challenges, needs, and vision concerning their home. This allows us to present solutions and Design options that help our clients select which layouts, materials and styles that best achieve their goals. The Delivery of each project is built around safety and communication, and the unique schedules and lifestyles of each Client. Lastly, our Dedication to your total satisfaction is our final measurement of success.
The Discovery Phase begins with your initial no cost, no obligation consultation. It allows you the opportunity to meet the Design Consultant you will work with throughout your remodeling project. We believe that it is our obligation to help you become more informed about our company, the industry and other facts regarding the decision that you are about to make and how to best move ahead. During Discovery we also take time to explore your vision and dreams and understand the special needs of you and your family. When we combine your ideas, needs and desires with the expertise of our design team, you will take the first step to making your dreams become reality.
In the Design Phase, your Design Consultant will review plans and ideas with your Project Team to create innovative yet practical options you can choose from. These options are inspired by your vision, lifestyle and aspirations for your living spaces within your home.
We will transform your existing floor plan into conceptual plans, which will illustrate traffic flow, function, spatial layout, and aesthetic design, and established dimensional guidelines in planning for a comfortable, more livable home.
Our conceptual 3D views allow you to take a virtual tour through your project before it is built to see how it will look from all angles. In this important step, you will be able to sit down at the computer with your personal Design Consultant to ensure that we are sharing the same vision before we start construction.
Accenting your design with the proper selection of materials, colors and textures puts the finishing touches on your home. Materials selection and design guidance by professional consultants is available at your request, at any level of help you desire. These selections make your home uniquely yours.
During the Delivery phase, your Project Manager and skilled craftsmen will provide the workmanship that will exceed your expectations in all aspects of your job. Proper planning and constant communication with you and your family will keep your project on track and on time.
We accomplish this while providing your family and your home with the highest standards of safety and care. We have carpenters and painters that are full time employees, and security clearance and skills testing are a mandatory requirement before any employee is hired at Murphy Bros.
